HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to monitor your order’s progress in real-time on the carrier’s website. You’ll have full visibility of its journey until it arrives at your doorstep!
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We understand how important your order is and strive to process it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. Please double-check all details at checkout to ensure everything is correct before confirming your order.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If your purchase didn’t work out, we’re happy to help! Returns are accepted as long as the item is in its original condition (tags attached, unworn, and unused) and isn’t a clearance sale item.
Here’s how it works:
- Once we receive your return, we’ll issue an online credit note that never expires.
- You can use this credit to shop for anything in our store, including the size you prefer.
Note: At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?
We frequently restock our most-loved pieces! To ensure you don’t miss out next time, sign up for restock notifications using your email. You’ll be the first to know when the item is back!
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN IT BE FIXED?
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately with the correct details. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the shipping label. Unfortunately, if your order has already been packed or dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! If you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number.
- The name or product code of the item.
- Clear photos of the item showing the issue.
Our team will work quickly to resolve the problem for you.
I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN I STILL USE IT?
If you forgot to apply your discount code during checkout, don’t worry! Contact us with your order number and promo code as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help you out!
